Coffee Culture - The Ristorante Lounge — Restaurant in Gujarat

Around 12:10 in the afternoon, we entered the cafe and want to seat upstairs, but one of the staff person asked us to seat down downstairs, we insisted to let us sear upstairs but he firmly asked us to seat downstairs by saying we have to clean upstairs so you are not allowed to seat there at the moment. In addition to that, downstairs at entrance one cleaning lady was mopping the floor, without any wet floor sign board, ignoring health and safety of entering customers through door. we want to have really nice brunch but these all upset our mood and leave the cafe immediately after that. My question is, why staff is cleaning cafe during opening hours?? customers needs to adjust while paying premium price, customers are choosing cafe like yours for good time, service, atmosphere and food. In this building you guys have many competitors, we even didn’t hesitate to go other cafe at 2 mins walk and had really nice brunch. Will never prefer to came this cafe and I’ll ask management to look in to cleaning schedule...

Worst Experience at Coffee Culture – Katargam Branch Visited today for dinner and it was a complete disappointment. After placing our order, we waited for over 1.5 hours without getting our food. The staff gave no proper response or updates, and to make it worse, we saw many customers who came after us get served and leave while we were still waiting.

On top of that, we booked through Swiggy Dineout after seeing a 25% off offer clearly displayed there. But upon reaching, the serving staff bluntly told us, "We don’t have that scheme" — so why is it even shown on Swiggy? This is misleading and unacceptable.
