I am utterly disappointed by the abysmal behavior of the cashier at the counter and the horrendous condition of the cooling system at this branch.

Let's start with the cashier's behavior. Their attitude was absolutely deplorable, lacking even a modicum of courtesy or professionalism. It seemed as though they took pleasure in making customers feel unwelcome and inconvenienced.

To make matters worse, the cooling system in this branch was a total disaster. On a scorching hot day, one would expect a functioning cooling system to provide some respite. However, the air conditioning at this place was virtually nonexistent. Instead of enjoying a comfortable and refreshing atmosphere, I was subjected to an oppressive and stifling environment. It was as if they wanted customers to suffer in the sweltering heat.

I strongly urge potential customers to think twice before patronizing this branch. The utter lack of professionalism displayed by the cashier, combined with the unbearable heat due to the broken cooling system, makes this place unworthy of your time and money. This is worst ever Dominos store in Vadodara. I strongly believe that Dominos quality is now worst compared to price ticket for their product. I ordered new Sour Dough pizza from this store and look at the picture for its quality. You can count 4 pieces of tomato, 3 pieces of Paneer etc. There was no other toppings at all. Cheese quality was very cheap with unpleasant smell. When I refuse to accept the order, they denied to refund money. This is almost 8th or 9th time consecutive bad experience with the same store. Attitude and behaviour of staff members (Mr. Dharmesh, Mr. Wajid and Mr. Sunil) was very rude and customer unfriendly #dominos regional management should review google feedback of this store and take strict actions against staff for cheating customers.
