Domino's Pizza | Mota Varachha, Surat — Restaurant in Gujarat

I could have given 5 stars for the food quality but below average service led me to give it 3 stars. So the scene was first i ordered online for delivery and they accepted my order and prepared my ordered. At the last minute they called me to pick my order from the store and told me if I don't pick up they'll cancel the order. If you can't deliver the order then why did you accept my order in the first place? And when i asked "why am i facing this problem and when i order a week ago and they delivered the same order to my place, but after being asked, employee there was speechless and told me to pick or it'll be cancelled, woah very straightforward answer🤷🏻‍♂️", what an unexpected answer. I could have ordered from other place but as it's curfew time and i mentioned that they called at the "last moment". Hoping to not to face this kind of situation again🙏 If you're ordering online, my advice would be to ask them in advance while putting your order if they'll really order to your place. Maybe Domino's doesn't know the real meaning of "Ordering online...

Worst experience at Domino’s Mota Varachha branch. 👎 They are extremely careless about customers. After placing a delivery order, the store number is either switched off or they simply don’t answer the call. Many times you end up visiting the store to collect your own “delivery order.” Even after that, their staff response is rude and unsatisfying.

To make it worse: • They gave me the wrong order. • The dining area was filthy – tables were greasy and full of dirt. • Toilets were not usable. • They don’t even provide free drinking water, which is a basic requirement in any restaurant.

This branch is spoiling the Domino’s brand name. Management should take strict action, otherwise people will stop trusting Domino’s...
