I recently visited Donzel at AR Mall with friends along with my PREGNANT WIFE, expecting a pleasant experience, but we were let down at every turn. First, the staff insisted on advance payment (as if they don't trust customer) before even starting our order, which made us feel uncomfortable and undervalued as customers. Despite this, we respected their policy and paid upfront.

After spending about an hour inside, we decided to sit outside where they had placed their chairs (about 50 chairs and all chairs were unoccupied). Shockingly, the staff informed us that these chairs were only available for use if we placed an additional order. We explained that we had already ordered and paid for our ice cream inside, but they still refused, insisting we couldn’t use the chairs even for a short rest without a new order.

When I asked to speak with a manager, the staff member rudely claimed there was no one in charge and refused to let me contact anyone to address our concerns.

This lack of courtesy, combined with the dismissive attitude and disregard for customer service, was truly disappointing. I won’t be returning, nor would I recommend this...
