Domino's Pizza | Nizampura, Vadodara — Restaurant in Gujarat

Dominos is the Most worst service providers ever for customer. They are least bothered about the customer. Specially Nizampura outlet is most worst among them. I have ordered by home delivery, after taking delivery I got a call that they cannot provide service in my area. (Before I have ordered home delivery many times which was not issue.) So I said them I will come to nizampura outlet and take pick up of my order. After coming to outlet the manager over there is telling order has been canceled as it was more 10 mins they are waiting for me. Dominos is delivery pizza in by taking min 30mins and they are expecting customer to pick up order in 10 to 15 mins. I have asked Manager how is it possible? He told it is there policy. I asked him to show the policy, he denied to show because there is no any policy like that, they don’t have any permission to cancel without concern of customer. Manager doesn’t know how to behave with customer. Very very worst service from Dominos...

I wish I could give this Domino's outlet ZERO stars. Last night was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, and it’s safe to say I’m never going back.

First off, the pizzas and the garlic bread ordered were tasteless. I have tasted the same items from other outlets before and I can say that the difference is polar opposites.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the atmosphere was a nightmare. Water was literally dripping from the ceiling onto the floor! How is that even allowed? It felt like we were dining in a leaky basement.

To top it all off, there were two hippie girls doing ridiculous acts that were clearly irritating. Yet, not a single staff member stepped in to control the situation or ask them to stop. It was like no one even cared about the comfort of the other customers.

I’ve never been this disappointed with any Domino’s outlet before. It’s hard to believe a place like this is still running. Save your time and money – AVOID this outlet...

I placed order for 4 meal of @99 and 1 garlic bread meal of @109 informed by counter person firstly the cashier ask us to order it online through domino's app in which the price of same meal is @149 so i argue to take order from counter firstly he refused saying that it is not showing in system then he agreed and placed order and my total bill was of 531 for total 5 meal I confirm 2 time the amount is for 5 meal he said yes sir your order is of 5 meal after some time he came and said you had paid money for 4 meal you have to still pay for one more meal which is @125 extra when we argue with him for his mistake instead of accepting he started arguing with us and even its food was getting very bad smell and totally unhygienic sitting area. Very bad response of staff they didn't even know how to talk to coustmer dont ever visit...
