I went to this Domino's outlet today and first worst thing is when I go for order to a order counter they ask me that you want to eat here( dine in) or parcel ( take away) .so I told them that I want dine in so, they said that our washroom is out of water. And also washroom is not clean properly means hygiene level is very low at that place.. Then , I ordered pizza named double cheese margerita , and after 20 mins I get my pizza , but on that table where I sit there are not catch up souce and oregano and red pepper. So I ask them for that , so new employee told me it's chargeable. So I argue with them that if I order for home delivery or take away that time it's chargeable but in dine in condition they should provide. After this.i tried my double cheese margerita but pizza was cold and also not properly backed and also cheese is very less I means even other outlets and other brand pizza 's normal margerita pizza has more cheese than this...I also tried doubles cheese margerita at other Domino's outlet so that's why I realised that cheese is less here compare to other. I am very disappointed with this. I noticed that this Domino's outlet pizza makers and employees are very irresponsible and uneducated. And not able to handle customer. Also they put their own mobile number instead of mine , so I realised that I can not properly complaint without my mobile number or order number. , in short...

Furthermore, customer service was lacking. There was no effort made to ensure customer satisfaction or to address the evident quality issues. It felt like a transactional experience rather than the friendly, customer-focused service Domino's usually prides itself on.

In conclusion, the quality of the pizza from Domino's Rajkot West Gate outlet was subpar. For a chain known for consistency and taste, this experience was disappointing. I hope Domino's addresses these issues to maintain their reputation for delivering delicious pizzas with excellent...
