I recently had an unfortunate experience with this outlet of Domino's Pizza that I feel compelled to share. Despite placing an order and completing the payment, I did not receive my order. Regrettably, it took a frustrating 15 days to obtain a refund that too after visiting the outlet 3 times and calling the Store Manager and Customer Care almost everyday.
What compounded the situation was the lack of acknowledgment and professionalism from the store manager, Salim Pathan, and employee Kunjan Parmar, along with other staff members. Despite my attempts to address the issue, they appeared indifferent and unresponsive, failing to provide satisfactory resolutions and very rude to me. The most concerning aspect was the apparent disregard for customer service standards. The demeanor of the staff, coupled with their reluctance to take ownership of the problem, left much to be desired. Their attitude was dismissive, and they seemed more inclined to divert attention away from the issue rather than address it directly.
The prolonged refund process only added to the frustration, highlighting a lack of efficiency and customer-centricity. As a loyal customer, such an experience was disheartening and not reflective of the service quality expected from Domino's Pizza.
In conclusion, my encounter with Domino's Pizza fell short of expectations due to delayed order fulfillment and subpar customer service. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively to implement necessary improvements and uphold the brand's reputation for excellence...

Additionally, key ingredients like basil and parsley, which are part of the classic pizza, were not added, affecting the overall taste.
To make matters worse, despite my address being correct and up-to-date, the delivery rider called me multiple times for directions, causing further delays. I even tried calling the restaurant to check on my order status, but no one picked up.
Now, I have received messages claiming that the Domino's team and restaurant attempted to call me, but I did not receive any such calls. This is frustrating, as I have been trying to resolve this issue and request a refund for the poor service I experienced. I feel like I'm being blamed for not picking up calls that were never made.

But at S-Square, I have ordered from mobile application and status also displayed delivered after 20 minutes then I inquired for order they replied it may take more 30 minutes, i waited and again went to payment counter for inquiry they are busy in delivery of other orders which number are too higher than my order. After so much heated debate, manager comes out and they have checked and order was already prepared since long time(almost 30 minutes) as per status of application and pizza was also cold, as it was prepared since 30 minutes.
