Well I am regular customer of dominos i have never faced any issue regarding food quality or delivery but what happened today was really disturbing it is definitely not about the food it is regarding the behaviour of staff with the customer, so i ordered 2 pizzas and one classic stuffed garlic bread and i recieved some different garlic bread so i called at the franchise to discuss about the problem. the call was received and a lady answered she heard the entire situation instead of giving solution she just gave an excuse “ mam there’s a lot of rush today that’s why that might have happened” so i replied mam but i need solution so first she asked me to wait and then she declined the call i might have called at the franchise for like 3-4 times in a row everytime she answered but just after me saying “hello” she declines. Then a genuine lady picked up and looked into the matter. but my concern here is being a customer on receiving a wrong order can’t we even complain? we understand that sundays are the busy days but that thing could have been dealt politely. Even we work but thankfull we don’t upset are customers by putting them down. I really hope dominos looks into this matter and teach their staff to behave appropriately! but i really appreciate that good lady staff that...
