Extremely Poor Service - Disappointing Experience not buying pizza from here again

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received on July 26th. Despite a 30-minute delivery guarantee, my pizza order was not delivered on time. The delivery boy made excuses, and when I requested a cancellation, his manager, Mr. Lalit, was rude and unprofessional. He promised a refund in 48 hours but failed to deliver. Instead, I received a call from an employee posing as a manager, offering a discount on my next order. It wasn't until I threatened to report the incident to the police that I finally received my refund. The staff's behavior was inappropriate, and their gamesmanship was unacceptable. I hope the team takes my feedback seriously and works to improve their service, as their current approach is damaging to their brand.
