Disappointing Service Experience at McDonald's, Ar mallVarachha

I recently visited the McDonald's outlet in Varachha and was extremely disappointed by the service I received. Despite ordering burgers, I found myself having to repeatedly request basic essentials like ketchup, which should have been provided without hesitation. It felt frustrating and disheartening to feel like I needed to beg for something so standard.

In particular, the staff member named Miss Payal left a negative impression. Customer service is a cornerstone of any good dining experience, and unfortunately, it was lacking during my visit. Very Poor Experience – Hygiene & Quality Issues

I visited McDonald’s at A.R. Mall, Mota Varachha, and was very disappointed. First, they didn’t have cold Coke available, and the Coke I got wasn’t even carbonated. Completely flat and tasteless.

Second, the gents’ washroom was in terrible condition. The door had no handle to open it properly (I have a photo as proof). The hand dryer was the ugliest and dirtiest I’ve seen in a restaurant – covered in dust and hair, clearly not cleaned in a long time.

Basic hygiene standards are missing here. If this is how they maintain their facilities, it really raises concerns about cleanliness in the kitchen too. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, but I won’t be visiting again until...
