I usually don’t write negative reviews, but my recent visit to this restaurant left me so disappointed that I feel it is important to share my experience honestly. I had expected a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, almost every aspect of my visit turned out to be unsatisfactory.

Ambience & Atmosphere

When I first entered, I hoped for a warm and welcoming environment, but what I found was the opposite. The restaurant looked poorly maintained. The tables were not properly cleaned, the chairs were uncomfortable, and there was a strong smell of oil and spices in the air that was not at all pleasant. The lighting was either too bright in some areas or too dim in others, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Background music, if any, was either missing or badly managed. Overall, the ambience failed to create a relaxing environment.

Service & Staff

One of the most disappointing aspects of my visit was the poor service. The staff seemed uninterested and untrained. They did not greet us properly when we arrived, and we had to wait quite a while before someone came to take our order. Even after ordering, the servers were slow, inattentive, and unhelpful. Simple requests like extra napkins or water refills took forever to be fulfilled. At times, the staff was busy chatting among themselves rather than paying attention to the guests. It gave the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.

Food Quality & Taste

The most important part of any restaurant visit is the food, and sadly, it was a major letdown here. The dishes we ordered lacked freshness and flavor. Some items were served cold, while others were overcooked. The presentation of the food was careless and did not look appetizing at all.

The taste was extremely disappointing – either too salty, too spicy, or completely bland. It felt as though the ingredients were not fresh, and the dishes lacked authenticity. Even the simplest items on the menu, which should have been easy to get right, tasted below average. The portion sizes were small compared to the price, making it feel like poor value for money.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations from a restaurant, but unfortunately, it was ignored here. The cutlery had stains, the plates were not spotless, and the floor near the dining area was sticky. Even the washrooms were unhygienic and smelled unpleasant. It gave me serious doubts about how hygienically the kitchen was being maintained.

Pricing & Value for Money

Considering the poor food quality and bad service, the prices felt unreasonably high. What we received did not justify the amount charged. Instead of feeling like money well spent, it felt like a complete waste of time and resources.

Overall Experience

Overall, my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. From the ambience to the service and the food, almost everything went wrong. I had gone with high expectations, but I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Restaurants should understand that customers do not just pay for food; they pay for a complete experience – good service, pleasant atmosphere, hygienic conditions, and quality meals. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed in all these aspects.

I genuinely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality of food, training the staff, and maintaining proper hygiene. Otherwise, they will continue to lose customers who expect at least basic standards of service and dining.

Only because the location was convenient, otherwise I would have rated it even lower. Sadly, I do not see myself visiting this restaurant again or recommending it to...

I recently visited Exberance Restaurant & Banquets and here’s my honest take:

Food Quality: Absolutely delicious! Every dish had rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and perfect seasoning. I would rate the food 4.6/5.0 – truly worth coming back for.

Service: When I visited, the place was overcrowded, so the service took a bit longer than expected. But honestly, once the food arrived, the wait was totally worth it. For service, I’ll give 3.9/5.0 (most likely due to the crowd that day).

Management & Team: The staff is polite, helpful, and calm under pressure. Their hospitality really stood out. Rating them 4.8/5.0.

Chefs & Presentation: The chefs here know their craft! The plating, garnishing, and presentation matched the taste perfectly. As they say, “You eat with your eyes first,” and here, it’s true. 4.8/5.0.

Ambience: Elegant décor, warm lighting, and a pleasant atmosphere that enhances your dining experience. Perfect for family gatherings or special occasions. 4.7/5.0.

Parking: One of the best features! They have two basement levels with plenty of parking space, so no need to worry about finding a spot.

📌 Final Verdict: Based on all aspects, I would give Exberance Restaurant & Banquets an overall rating of 4.8/5.0. A must-visit for anyone who loves great food in a beautiful setting.

Absolutely terrible experience!

We booked a banquet hall for a baby shower and paid 50% in advance to confirm the reservation. On the day of the event, they arrogantly changed our banquet hall without any prior notice or explanation.

This last-minute switch was a complete mess, and we had no choice but to accept it to avoid ruining the function. The lack of professionalism and respect for our booking was shocking.

Tip for anyone else: Never trust this place—get a clear written confirmation by email for the exact banquet hall you’ve booked, or you’ll end up with a huge headache like we did.

Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else if you want your event to go smoothly.

Mr.Sunil gave the receipt of advance payment and "ZEST" is mentioned in the receipt but at the day of event they don't give us "ZEST" banquet... They give us small banquet in which our guest can't able to sit properly... That was too unprofessional even before they changed the banquet they haven't informed us.. at the time of event when we reached there we came to know that this thing happened to us... This was our last function we can't trust any more the manager of this restaurant...

Please people if you want to save your function then take some confirmation at the time of booking due to there commitment...
