WORST!!! Our ordered cake never delivered!!! Never ever coming here.

We ordered a cake 4-5 days before for engagement function. On the day of function, when we went to collect cake at given time, it was not ready. The lady made us waiting for 45 mins and keep saying that it is coming from factory which it at sardar estate (almost 10 min far) but it never came. After waiting of 45 mins, we had to take refund and had to buy another cake from another shop.

Worst experience ever..I ordered customized cake..at the time of order they said that cake will be done exactly like the photo I gave..but when it’s done it was looking totally different and bakvaas..it happened to me twice..i never suggest anyone to order customize cake from Ganache cake shop..They can make someone’s special...

Nice cozy cake shop... distinct in flavor and styling.. if you got that unique taste in pastries and cake.. visit the shop.. ambience is good.. limited sitting place.. most takeaways.. insist on getting the freshly baked cakes.. they have carved a niche amongst 7 odd cake shops...
