Hotel Vivan — Hotel in Gujarat

The rooms were good and spacious. From the look of the building from outside the rooms were more over the expectations! However, had a problem with the booking confirmation from the receptionist. The communication gap between the owner and the receptionist guy was clear or maybe he was trying to loot money from me. We had already pre-booked the room for 3 whole days and despite the confirmation the reception guy said that the checkout is at 11th July @ 8pm. Even though the room was booked for the whole day. I mean, checkout time is generally 11:00 am as per your rules. Then even if someone is paying the whole amount how the hell you can say that being a wedding we had taken a special price and it's a custom time with us to give a checkout at 8pm? . This was clearly a trick to loot extra money from the guest for a pre-booked room. However everything was solved at the end but Owner is requested to look into this matter. Overall it was a...

Worst hotel possible. Dirty bedsheets, cigarette buds in the washroom. The caretaker or the so called owner smokes in the reception area without any shame.
