Nestled amidst the bustling streets, Girnar Restaurant stands as a beacon of culinary diversity, offering a tantalizing fusion of Gujarati, Punjabi, and International flavors all under one roof. Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Girnar and immersing myself in its eclectic culinary offerings.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately struck by its vibrant ambiance, with colorful décor and inviting aromas wafting from the kitchen. The warm hospitality extended by the staff further enhanced the dining experience, making me feel welcomed and at ease.
The menu at Girnar was a testament to the rich tapestry of flavors the restaurant had to offer. From traditional Gujarati delicacies like Dhokla and Undhiyu to classic Punjabi favorites such as Paneer Tikka and Butter Chicken, there was something to tantalize every palate. But what truly set Girnar apart was its inclusion of international dishes, catering to a diverse range of tastes and preferences.
To start my culinary journey, I opted for the Gujarati Thali, a grand platter showcasing a variety of regional specialties. From the tangy Khandvi to the hearty Dal Dhokli, each dish was a symphony of flavors, perfectly capturing the essence of Gujarati cuisine. The accompanying assortment of pickles and chutneys added an extra dimension to the meal, tantalizing my taste buds with their unique blends of spices.
Moving on to the Punjabi section of the menu, I couldn't resist trying the Amritsari Kulcha paired with Chole, a match made in culinary heaven. The kulcha was pillowy soft with a crispy exterior, while the chole was rich and flavorful, infused with aromatic spices.
Finally, I decided to venture into the realm of international cuisine and opted for the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, a classic Italian dish. The pasta was perfectly al dente, coated in a luscious garlic-infused olive oil and sprinkled with chili flakes for a subtle kick.
Overall, my experience at Girnar Restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. From the diverse array of dishes to the impeccable service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Whether you're craving traditional Gujarati fare, hearty Punjabi classics, or international delights, Girnar is a culinary haven that promises to delight and satisfy even the most...
Read moreI recently visited Girnar Multi-Cuisine Restaurant in Surat, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered the Moong Masala, Lasaniya Batata, and Gujarati Roti, hoping to enjoy some authentic flavors, but the food quality was far below expectations.
Starting with the Moong Masala, it was bland and lacked the rich, comforting taste I was hoping for. The spices were barely noticeable, making the dish quite dull. The Lasaniya Batata, which should have been packed with garlic flavor, was equally disappointing. It tasted more like a plain potato dish, with a faint hint of garlic, rather than the bold, flavorful dish I expected. The Gujarati Roti, which is usually a staple of any good meal, was dry and lacked the softness and freshness that makes it enjoyable.
To add to the poor food experience, the service was also subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which only made the dining experience worse. It took a long time to get our order, and when we asked for assistance, the response was slow and unhelpful.
Overall, my visit to Girnar Multi-Cuisine Restaurant was far from satisfying. The combination of bad food and poor service is something I wouldnât expect from a place that claims to offer a quality dining experience. I wouldnât recommend this restaurant if youâre looking for a good...
Read moreWhen we visited here we found that the premise was Ala grand and very very spacious; it had dedicated parking lot for cars and two wheelers with two main entires to the premises. As soon as you enter there was a dedicated landscape cum garden for children to play and for adults to sit there in leisure time. They had a banquet hall with capacity of 300+ people. They had the dinning halls in three segments i.e. normal restaurant operating at normal hours, a cafe - working as a cafe at special hours and as an extended seating arrangement at normal hours, they also had the Indian seating arrangement for dedicated crowd. The restaurant has the aesthetic look and a very rich feeling - the ambience was awesome. The stewards and captains were so well trained - their service sense was equivalent to 5 star category crew - especially Mr. Pushpendra gave us excellent service - he also had the intense knowledge about dishes and he helped us selecting the best dishes from the menu. The menu was a multi-cuisine I.e. punjabi, continental, kathiyawadi and fusion food. The taste was delicious and awesome. They had 200+ items on the menu and a very wide option to choose from. They had also a nice dedicated mocktails counter. Overall this place is a heaven for food lovers and must...
