Lemon Grass Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

I am giving one star for food n service because there is no option to give ZERO star. There is lot of crowd here on weekends because they serve cheap food not because they have tasty food n excellent service. I have travelled entire country but this restaurant is worst pan India as far as service is concerned, especially the Table assigning manager n also food order writing staff. While there is lot of crowd which is normal for restaurant being spacious n big n Table assigning manager orders all table service providers n serving staff to finish customer food hurry burry, they are ordered to say no to everything like desserts, ice creams, soft drinks etc because this will lead to more time taking per table n he just want to accomodate every single person there doesn't matter whether food eating customer at table are happy, finished or satisfied or not. I went there with wife n kids, ordered paneer, naam n roti then icecream. After serving my order in hurry burry table service person said NO to almost everything we wish to take. Ultimately he said NO to icecream also.. However I could hear the table assigning manager when he was telling table serving staff to finish fast n say NO to everything what customer says. If any restaurant serves tasty food it's not special Commendable job, it is what we are paying them for.. The main thing is service n courtesy.. Moreover they have huge space for restaurant n waiting. but they have ZERO space for four wheeler parking. Waiting area is just worst.. washrooms are smelly.. I urge everyone to not visit here just for cheap food. In Surat you can find many such better...

This is my first visit to this restaurant. I have heard good reviews about this place from so many people earlier but never had chance to visit this place.

Ambiance is very good, Ac and non Ac both sitting available. Service staff are very customer friendly and polite.

We tried only soups and starter this time. Both the items were served within no time and they were very tasty 👌👌👌.

In one soup we asked for small customization but it came as per standard. We asked service person why the customization asked is not done, he immediately took that to kitchen and tried to repair it and brought back but it was not as per what we asked. Again we gave him feedback that it is not as per how we wanted to be. He immediately took that back and replace it with new one. We didn't have to ask for it from our side he himself offered us the same which i liked the most.

This shows that how much they are customer and service oriented. This thing will take me there again for sure.
