Haldiram's — Restaurant in Gujarat

My family had visited the store in between 7.45 to 8 PM, on 16.4.2023 and had ordered CHOLE BHATURE, PANI-PURI, PAV-BHAJI and PERI PERI FRENCH FRIES.

Regarding the service and ambience, I would give 5/5 star ratings to the store. But with respect to the quality of food; it was totally disappointing in the name of brand of HALDIRAMS, the quality of PAV-BHAJI and PERI PERI FRENCH FRIES, it was very good, was upto the mark and very tasty.

The product of Chole bhature was the worst and most third class quality we had ever had in our life, the quality of puri was average and main thing that there were no Chole’s at all in the dish, instead of chole they had given us chana (kabuli chana) that too in a weird brown gravy, unlike the original Chole bhature which generally comes in a yellow gravy.

The quality of panipuri was also average, the puris and theekha pani was of good quality; but the potato batter and the sweet pani was not of good quality and not at all tasty.

Don’t bring the name of such a brand HALDIRAMS to the below minimum level. Try to do the improvement, as the product cost is too much high also and the quality is just below average.

I am very disappoint with the service with Haldiram's outlet at Vapi GIDC location. I am surprice with the Standard operating procedure as having brand name like "Haldiram".

On my first visit at Haldiram outlet at Vapi Gidc location I have ordered Kachori & Samosa (For Take Out). In parcel I found there is a green chutney along with khajur-imali Chutney. After two days visit and place same order (For Take Out), after reaching to home I found five small pouch of tomato sauce. With Samosa & kachori a pouch of tomato sauce!!!! This is frastrating from my end, how starndard rule has not carry out. Why there was different things come. So it require to improve the service level.
