Honest — Restaurant in Gujarat

Patetic experience. Waste of money and mood.

Went there with family for dinner.

The place doesn't hold the reputation of honest chain. The ambience is like a 30 year old restaurants. Even cooling isn't good.

Each and every food we ordered had below average taste even the kesar panjab dhaba near this restaurant serves much better taste and ambience than this.

The staff isn't responsive. Leave water We have to even ask to serve the food. And the response was like they don't even care for the customer. So forget the hospitality. You need to ask for everything three four times here.

It's my request to everyone to not go here. It's waste of money and mood as well. Instead go to other restaurants nearby like flora, royal or kesar Punjab dhaba. These people should learn lesson what customer satisfaction...

Very Bad Honest Restaurant Experience

The kitchen is very Very Dirty Unhygienic Food,Dishes even glasses Waiter and staff uses same cloth to clean table,Glass,Dishes,Spoons and other utensils The quality of good is so bad that even shef ,waiter, manager did not accept that food was very salty then i forced to call owner as he replied that he is busy with another work. Disappointed level is so high at this Frenchise. Do not enter in to toilets those are so dirty and Unhygienic that you will not like your food anyways. You will find plenty of good options near by like CITY RESTAURANT,FLOORA, ETC No manners in upper level staff hence waiters are responsive sometime.

Worst experience ever. Firstly I have to take menu card at my own from counter after waiting for 10 mins. Even though there were few peoples at 3pm and no waiter to take order. 2nd i ordered mix uttapam and it was ridiculous. Uttapam and it's Sambhar both were taste less and when I complaint about this both don't have even salt in it they said uttapam is come like that without salt insted excepting guilty. I am giving 1 star for just ambient that's what every honest resturant have to maintain. This branch should improve a lot and teach their staff about...
