Yesterday I visited this place, very disappointed act done by waiters and counter guy. We felt really bad : here is the full story, they are selling Starbucks Frappuccino ready to drink coffee. Me and my wife just opened that fridge and just checking whats the actual product but at same time waiter came to me even I didn’t asked him any help , he came and directly start talking and said “ are vo bahot mehnga he “ with full attitude tone not even politely, i said so what “ are vo mehnga he mehnga“ my wife said so what? , he said “ vo 350 ka he 350 “. I asked him did i asked u the price?. Ded shana waiter tha koi. even i dnt know why he came behind me. I just asked that counter guy u put this product for selling or for showcase? And I explained him full story and he just laughing like joker and just giving me excuses instead he is not even asking to waiters that why your interfering in customer talk unless they ask you. Me and my wife checking about product and that guy came between our conversation and interrupt us that shameless and mannerless person. doing excuses as well . Staff is Not trained even dnt know how to treat customers. And one more and important is Seriously i didnt found any serious employees in that hotel. No one there any mature person i seen. Waiter showoff is like he is owner and and even his language is like they are serving food in free like khana ho to khao varna niklo idhar complaint sunne ka time nahi he hamare pass.. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
