Hyderabadi Hut — Restaurant in Gujarat

Worst experience ever. Pathetic taste and service you will ever experience in any restaurant. They took almost 45 mins to serve food and no courtesy for the delay. Despite delivering bad services, the required tablewares were missing including glasses, spoon & fork they kept on arguing. Lastly, they denied to accept payment through card and mentioned they only accept cash or Gpay which could’ve been mentioned earlier or written somewhere to notify customers beforehand. Upon sharing my thoughts that they should’ve told us earlier about their payment method; to my surprise the manager kept on arguing with me as showed me the card swiping machine and told that its not charged!! I am not sure on which part i am more annoyed, the kind of behaviour or the bad service or the food taste (which was not at all Hyderabadi)! Such a waste of time and money.. The management should seriously work on the staff training and hospitality etiquette which was sheer missing at this place. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Really...

I am a hard core fan of Hyderabadi Hut (Himalaya mall branch). Today I have ordered their signature dish Hyderabadi Biryani (Chicken), Egg fried rice and Chilly chicken on Swiggy. The order was delivered from their Prahladnagar branch. To our surprise, not even a single dish matched their standards. The fried rice is salty and the presentation is completely different. The chilly chicken had over dose of venigar and soya sauce and tasted sour. So decided not to open the biryani and dumped it as it is (cannot even give it to some poor, as many do not eat non-veg here). I am wondering if this Prahladnagar branch is a genuine branch of Hyderabadi Hut or not..Worst-ever...
