They say it's brunch but seems unlimited and low-quality food in the name of Italian food with bad service and a congested dining area.

Yes, I'll explain all about it. Pre-book - yes, if you want to have a bad experience you need to book their table because they have only 7 tables for the time inside the restaurant. Manu - you have a menu on your table but when you check it they say it's not the menu, you can check the food on the table for today's menu. Atmosphere - yes at 40 degrees outside their two AC are working at 29 degrees to provide you a suffocated environment. Unlimited fondue - ohhh sure you can refill your bowl with the fondue source as many times as you want but for that, you are required to go to the small dining table where you can find cold fondue with other veggies. Pizzas - you can have pizzas when they bake it with limited serves. If you want the same pizza again you need to wait till your turn. Pasta - I've probably waited for 20 minutes to get the first serve and guess what it was a hot white sauce pasta served in its cold variant. Water - of course, they serve water after almost the completion of your meal. Dessert - ok for this you better guess how can a dessert be a spoiler, and you will be amazed when the owner says haven't you got your dessert, let me serve you a dry pan cack as dessert. I hope, not to miss any explanation here but I also do not want to remember this one.

Man, this is horrible and to me, this is not acceptable. You have 7 dining tables and only 1 person who serves all, your kitchen seems full of people you are still messing with pizzas and...

Updated review as the owner politely transferred all fault to us. We booked for Sunday buffet lunch here. I was told their are three slots, 11, 12:30 & 2 and I booked for 12:30. To be honest I was not aware that it means you have to reach thr by 12:30, post that you won't get a table, our fault was we reach by 1:20 due to traffic and rains and were asked, do you have a reservation to which we said yes and then we were told to wait for 15mins. We waited for 40 mins and thn were told, "you booked for 12:30 so we can't give you a table now". I would've understood this if this was told to me the moment I walked in. After waiting for 40 mins we were told this and top on that not a sorry by the owner, no efforts for managing a table as we were waiting for long or for not letting us leave, they were more than okay for this. Having rush can make you money but having customer relations makes you grow bigger.

I already accepted that I was not aware of the exact time rule, I also accept I don't respond to the message but because I haven't recieved it, it was sent to my another number which I rarely use. And the biggest lie, he asked us to wait, he didn't said even a word when we said to leave, we left just in front of him and still nothing...
