Jaddu’s Food Field — Restaurant in Gujarat

Not at all a recommendable place

I was really excited to visit this place as it was owned by a famous cricketer. First hit: It's a pure veg restaurant

Second hit: Jaddu please spend some money to repair the out of order AC

Third hit: There were only 2 employees. 1 was the designated waiter and the other one was multitaleted, he was behind the cash counter when we entered the place, he left the counter and took our order and later changed himself into a chef and went on to prepare the food and he was rude too.

Fourth hit: The menu card was big however the items available were cut down to just snacks.

Fifth blow: We ordered a sandwich, 3 burgers. After a long wait, we got just 2 burgers as they didn't have the bread for the third burger. We ordered a few more dishes to replace the absent burger but most of them were not available. Finally we found cheese toast available. After another long wait, we got the sandwich. The funny part is that the masala aaloo stuffing in the sandwich was the same stuffed in the burger patty. The cheese toast was topped with raw capsicum and some cheese.

The place doesnot stand up to the price tag. Need to seriously work on...

Today i was travelling to Rajkot along with my family. As it was lunch time i thought to explore jaddu's food field as it is own by cricketer Ravindra jadeja. But it was horrifying experience at his restaurant. Quality of food was terribly pathetic and we decided to leave our lunch half way and walk away. There was no professional person to handle our problem. After this they charged full bill to us which at the time of payment we have to pay by cash as their credit card machine was not working. When we ask for their Gm or MD number to give feedback they refused to gave. So we demand for feedback form for which they kept is waiting for 15 minutes and then refused. Such kind of pathetic food quality and service is black spot...

Bad service. We ordered one pizza which wasnt good/one or the other items were bad in it. And than we reported it and asked to order a new one. And they were like “Sir pizza bread is not in stock”.

After going out from restaurant , we called hen and asked if we can get pizza. And they were like”han sir khula he hai aur pizza mil jayega”. I asked the person to cofirm with kitchen staff if I will get it for sure and he confirmed that pizza is available. Not sure if they were going to serve it without pizza bread.

Bad attitude. Customers are not there to lie. We have been there multiple times and this kind thing happened for the first time than dont we even have a right to ask...
