I am big fan of Jay Bhavani and my repeat order was CTC from the first branch at vastrapur lake since 2011. Last night I went to one of the outlet to order CTC. But it was nightmare. Stuffing was raw material and owner was saying to me that we are preparing this raw material at our own so that's why its not cooked well. Is this excuse to say? We are eating CTC sandwich when your this branch was not started... I know that is cooked and what is not cooked. So please We are paying full amount so atleast justify that order what we are ordering.

Also please take care other outlet of This franchise, Maintain same food quality for not to...

I have been eating your vadapav since you used to operate in an auto rickshaw outside mardia plaza at c g road.I always had a good experience but yesterday I visited your vandematram gota outlet to have butter vadapav and I saw the person using cheap quality butter instead of Amul butter.They charged 50 rs and serve cheap quality...

Never ever recommending this place! I ordered chhole kulche! Chhole contains lots of plastic pieces. I complained for the same. They gave me another dish of chhole kulche and surprisingly, that dish also had lots plastic chunks.

This can be dangerous! They should take care of this...
