Yesterday, I managed to finally find out the reality of this place as I happened to be in vadodara to meet my extended family. First of all, they serve only sev Usal and cold drinks and nothing else. There are variations with cheese and butter as well. One person is required to buy a plate of Usal each priced at RS 40, which comes with a plate of sev, chopped onions for topping and unlimited free flowing 'rasa' (watery spicy gravy). Additionally, a pack of buns is served which has 12 cute little buns and is priced at 24 rs per pack. In case, you can't finish all the buns, you can give them back and you will charged only for the ones u consumed at 2 RS per unit. You also get two varieties of Chutney on the table - red and green both spicy which you can add to ur serving to alter the spice levels of your Usal.

Taste wise the sev Usal was good but pretty average and not really close to all the hype. The buns are super soft and appetising. Chutneys served on the table are quite a game changer as they make the dish quite spicy and tasty. If you like ur food spicy, this place could be quite a delight for you. Also this is super value for money. I am not sure, if I would travel all the way to this place just to eat it next time the way I did this time, but if am in the vicinity, there is a fare chance of me dropping by again and...
