Worst experience with mr.puff khanderao market shop. First of all they do not know the manners to deal with customer. There are so many bakeries near the shop but if customer comes in it means he/she genuinely come to buy. For small amount of product of Rs. 120/- they ask for advance and the same has done and showing clear payment done but not received confirmation message in their system they keep customer to wait until got confirmed and asked to make another payment at the time of delivery if they dont received confirmation. In that case what if they received amount after two days. We need to take follow up for refund? And pronounce customer " uska payment reflect nahi hua" we talk with " aap , sir ,bhai " and they used "uska". Never to visit there again. Even will not go to collect the advance...

Over a period of time on expansion and having many stores, I feel that the quality of products and the behaviour with customer has declined rapidly.

They have recently introduced mexican puff. I was told that it would have beans in the masala. On eating it was the same masala puff with some sauce added.

Why they are charging 20₹ more than a regular puff just for some spicy flavoured Mayonnaise is beyond my understanding. This similarly thing had happened in past with some other puff they had introduced.

This kind of unnecessary prices seems scammy to me.

And yeah, they don't have cheese these days. In the past 3-4 months, whenever I ask for cheese variant they say they don't have stock....
