I visited k.seaas for their Gala Dinner, but unfortunately, it was a night to forget. The management seemed completely unprepared to handle the crowd, leading to a series of disappointments.

Major Issues: Poor Lighting: The food counter was not well-lit, making it difficult to identify the dishes. Inadequate Staffing: By 9:00 PM, there were only two people managing the food and mocktail counters, leading to long wait times. Food Availability: We had to wait for 20 minutes for each food item, and even then, options were limited. Lack of Capacity: The staff admitted that they were understaffed and lacked the capacity to handle the gala dinner crowd, prioritizing their regular restaurant guests instead.

Food Review: Mocktails: Kokum Bliss: Extremely sour and served without ice by 9:30 PM.

Soup: Average, nothing special.

Starters: Crispy Veg in Hoisin Sauce: Not crispy at all, tasted like boiled vegetables with ketchup. Waited over 20 minutes for this dish. Veg Chilli Cheese Seekh Kebab: No cheese in the seekh kebab, and it was unavailable after 9:00 PM. Dan Dan Noodles: Very dry and lacking vegetables.
