Highly Disappointed – An Overhyped Experience

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a deeply disappointing experience. Having heard so much praise, I decided to give it a try, but what I encountered was far from what the glowing reviews had led me to expect.

To start with, there was absolutely no reception or guidance upon entry. Guests were left to wander in and choose their own seating, with no staff available to assist or even acknowledge new arrivals. I observed several customers walk in, look around in confusion, and leave—clearly frustrated by the lack of structure. For a restaurant that supposedly prides itself on quality service, this was a glaring red flag.

The situation only worsened when it came to ordering food. The staff appeared completely disorganized and unsure of what they were doing. There were multiple instances of back-and-forth communication, repeated reminders about what had been ordered, and an overall sense of chaos. It honestly felt like instructing someone who had never worked in hospitality before. This mismanagement led to a couple of our orders being canceled, leaving some of my guests quite upset.

What shocked me the most, however, was the blatant disregard for hygiene and professionalism. There were patrons waiting for their turn, openly smoking right near the kitchen area—right where food was being passed to servers. I was stunned that such a thing was even allowed to happen, let alone go unaddressed by the staff. It showed a complete lack of operational discipline and care for customer health and safety.

For a place with so many positive reviews, I found the experience severely lacking in both service and basic standards. It was chaotic, unwelcoming, and frankly careless. I expected so much more but was left thoroughly dissatisfied.

The Moroccan-style theme restaurant created a unique and inviting atmosphere, The food was absolutely delightful. The Mediterranean hummus bowl with zattar pita bread, The GOAT vegetable pizza, and the roasted broccoli cappuccino soup all varieties which i ordered it was incredibly tasty. And let's not forget about the Shahi Paneer with laccha parantha and their amazing coffee & Kissah offers a diverse and delicious menu, Talking about the staff and hygiene. The staff at Kissah is really friendly and welcoming, They make you feel comfortable and provide you good service throughout your visit as for hygiene, the restaurant maintains a clean and tidy environment, Kissah does a good job in that aspect, Overall it seems like a great place to enjoy a delicious food with good service and a clean atmosphere, I would definitely recommend Kissah Restaurant, visit here anyone who looking for a flavorful and best dining experience & enjoy the delicious food with a...
