Horrible service. Literally cheats they are. I had ordered 1kg fondant cake for which they charged extra 150 also and what they gave me was a stupid cream cake. Cream more than double required. Infact they made a base coat of white cream and then on top of it they put colored cream. When i called to question, the guy at the counter started arguing and telling me that its must be only the decoration pcs of fondant that i ordered. However in reality my order was for full cake's covering. Because at the time of order he said if i make fondant's color red, it will stick to hands and pink wont. So i ordered pink.

No professionalism and no punctualness.

The cake maker and designer are not trained properly.

At the time of order confirmation they commit to provide better service , but after payment is done and at the time of delivery they give silly excuses of their inability to design & decorate the cake as per user requirement.

They can make cheap cakes for you but if you need a designer /decorative one then they are not capable.

Due to their incapability we not only lost our money but our event celebration also got disturbed. I m rating them as 1 for the service...
