Punjab King — Restaurant in Gujarat

1,the take away menu says free delivery in 3kms 2,there is no amount mentioned in the take away menu which was given to me on Wednesday 02/02/2019 by staff named Vicky 3,my todays order was chicken combo no1 worth Rs.230/ In which coke/sprite is given unfortunately Aman told me that they do not have the stock of free soft drinks so i should buy the 750ml soft drink, i was asked to pay for that. The total amount came to Rs.262/ 4,As per my order i was to get chicken Manchurian + fried rice and soft drink 5,i was delivered veg Manchurian and veg fried rice. 6,I had to call back and inform Vicky what has been delivered and what was the order. 7,i had placed order around 7.45 and going through all above hassles i got the right delivery around 10am IS PUNJAB KING WORTH GETTING ANY STARS LET THE CUSTOMERS DECIDE WHO IS RIGHT IS PUNJAB KING...

Sorry I cannot write any new review or reply back to owner but let me tell you I have been in food business for 8 years and I can differentiate between fresh & thawed chicken so better check your guy who you buy it from & for the gravy its standard procedure for all red, brown or white gravies... they all taste the same no matter what dish you prepare. I have stayed in punjab for 3 years so stop making a fool out of your customer.... and its not about free meal its about the money customer pays to get an delightful meal experience so stop wasting...

It use to be one of my favourite restaurants until around Feb 2022 post which the new staff came.

I personally found the new staff (person at billing counter) quite rude, egoistic followed by rough expressions. Also the food quality seems to be detoriated. In the current times with so much of competition the last thing you would want is rude staff. Hence I decided to never ever visit Punjab King again. There are plenty of good restaurants in Prahaladnagar area which are hungry for business and way more...
