Singotar Omelette Centre — Restaurant in Gujarat

One of the few local joints in Surat which serve you a variety of egg dishes and is open until 11.00pm. we happened to visit this place just to try and the food did not disappoint at all. We tried the Bhool Bhulaiya Omelette and Paplet Omelette.. Both look the same but the taste is different in the sense that Bhool Bhulaiya is spicy and is filled with their gravy with a couple of cherries and boiled eggs along with boiled grated egg whites, whereas Paplet is more on the milder side again a different gravy mixed with cheese in it and both are topped with grated cheese.... I felt the price is a bit on the higher side as both these along with some bread and a small bottle of cold drink cost us Rs 420.... Nevertheless the taste justifies and is far more better than what we had at "Bhai Bhai", a nother famous Omelette...

These people have got 1 star as it's the minimum I have to choose otherwise they would have got ZERO Star.

I asked for 3 eggs item and the person there gave me BHULBHULAIYA and asked me to forget the item after eating and really I forgot what I ate.

Ingredients of the items: 3 gotis, oil, butter and a very little garlic(garlic is on my request else not anything green), He made a gravy of it and covered it with a paper made using egg liquid. VERY BAD TASTE!

I just consumed 25% of it just to satiate my hunger and left the rest.

Kheema at other places is far better than...
