Kanha Restaurant Snacks Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

I went there with my family on diwali thinking will have good food and service. We were 5 adults and 1 kid which is not huge number to be served and while we reached there's not huge crowd. We reached at 7:10 pm which is regular time to get dinner. We ordered tomato soup on 7:15 which take 30-35 minutes to get prepared and served. After some discussion (5 minutes to be specific) we ordered Manchurian dry as starter and firstly i ordered Paneer tikka masala and than changed it with Paneer balti and ordered Cheese kofta along with tandoori rotis. We got our food at 8:10 pm which is too much and the amazing fact that we were served all 3 sabjis even i cancelled paneer tikka masala they got it and we had to pay for it. Amazing fact was that we were served Manchurian dry after main course. All 3 sabjis are tasteless and then we ordered for Veg pulao which is quite pathetic vegetable were undercooked and pulao should have small pieces of vegetables but we got pieces which can fill whole spoon.

What should i say for service the person who took our order was not even mood to bother to smile at customers and he was in so hurry so he can't repeat the order and we had to suffer for that. When i told him that it's 30 minutes which is way more for soup to be prepared then he replied that soup will be prepared in 2 minutes. Then we asked about sabjis than also he replied it will take 2-5 minutes even after 25 minutes. We were amazed by watching that even after instructions given to him to get Manchurian dry before main course we got it after the main course. We had to eat main course alongwith starter. Not a single person tried to apologise for their mistake.

Don't even think to visit this restaurant and ruine your hard earned money and auspicious occasion...

It is one of the most famous restaurants in the Area. But personally in every aspect it is JUST OK.
