KFC — Restaurant in Gujarat

If I had a choice I would give no stars at all. Sadly in Surat you have very few kfcs and if you want to go in adajan this is the only one. Every trip is a pain . Never have I had a good experience here. The have stopped having the combos that any other kfc offers even the most basic ones . They have probably just bare min 2 combos , own rules over the dips one provides , customer service is even worse ....there's always an issue . Make a wrong order by mistake and 1 second later - no they won't even change it, and your money Is gone! If you want Wednesday combo again gotta order online . Just pure annoyance every time one craves kfc and this place is sadly your only option. This place doesn't even provide with with bare minimum a kfc outlet has !! I don't know whether you are short on staff or money , but seriously high time oi do something, before you start loosing even more customers !!

Oh wait you guys have only been get bad ratings and reviews since the reopening in the past 10 months , yet nothing has been done ! The only response is to kindly mail to so n so mail id at kfc! Untrained Staff and Unhelpful manger prince, they dont provide bill nor customer details or number are taken so that i can receive a bill, i was at the Lp sawani KFC store i asked them them wednesday offer staff was not having proper communication so i said her that can to for me meal of 1 zinger burger ,2 wings , french fries ,and pepsi, in meal she said yes they did the billing and the amount was 292 i thought it might be todays offer , but when i received the oder they provided me the burger and french fries and pepsi i communicated them then i spoke with the manager over there , he just spoke with me such a way that i was eating of free , he said de dena 2 pc wings , i said him to charge what ever remaining amount is he denied , he said me we will provide you with the wings and bill , i waited for till my meal get finished ,nither i received my nor did the free wings he commited .

At last i am not only the one who is complaing about behavioural issue 1 week before one more customer have posted the same .

One more thing please look after the burger quality which i was provide when i took the bite it bun got...

1 Star – Never Coming Back

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was just too bad to ignore. I went to KFC expecting a quick bite, but ended up waiting nearly 1 hour in an almost empty store. No line, no crowd—just painfully slow and disorganized service.

When I finally got my order, the food was a complete letdown. The chicken was cold, dry, and clearly overcooked. It tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The fries were stale. Not one part of the meal was fresh or remotely enjoyable.

What’s worse is that the staff didn’t seem to care at all. No apology for the wait, no sense of urgency, and definitely no pride in the food they were serving.

KFC really needs to step it up—this was unacceptable. Total waste of...
