3rd class service. 1stly they took order after 10 minutes. Requested them to send cheese paneer surma dosa[CPSD] 1ST AND THEN AFTER 10 MINUTES SEND JINI ROLL. THEY CONFURMED AND THEN THEY SEND BOTH ITEMS TOGETHER AND TOLD THAT WE CAN'T SEND 2 ITEMS IN TIME DIFFERENCE. THEN AT THE SAME TIME I ORDERS 2 SOFT PLAIN DOSA TO EAT WITH CPSD. THEY DIDN'T DELIVERED IN 20 MINUTES SO I WENT AND TOLD THEM AND REQUESTED THEM THAT CMSD IS COLD PLEASE MAKE IT HOT. THEY ACCEPTED ALSO BUT AT THE SAME TIME THEY DELIVERED 2 PLAIN DOSAS. NOW THE DOSAS STAYED ON THE TABLE FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES AND CPSD WAS NOT COMING. SO I DECIDED TO JUST LEAVE THE PLACE. GAVE FEEDBACK TO SOME GUY(may be manager or something) OVER THERE AND HE WAS SUCH A RIGID PERONALITY AND TOLD ME THAT WHENEVER I GO TO ANY RESTAURANT MINIMUM 20 MINS TAKES TO SEND ROTIS. SO WE TOOK 20 MINUTES AND UNFORTUNATELY IT IS OK FOR HIM. AND WITHOUT ANY HESITATION TOLD ME THAT WE TAKE MINIMUM 20 MINUTES TO GIVE PAPER DOSAS😂. I was like seriously. Excellent and Delicious South Indian Food Provider!! I have given rating 4 out of 5. The 1 point I have taken out for place arrangement. The tables and chairs are normal but as per the terrace restaurant it is OK.

Another thing is that if you are going with your kids so you have to take care for them because all sides are open so its risky place for children. Management have to think about that to avoid bad incident in future. And also have to reserve some safe area specially for children activities so they can enjoy the place.

Else everything is fine!! Quality of foods are great!! Staffs are very polite. It would be great if they are planning to open another branch at new Ahmadabad western zones (recently developed arias). The SG Highway is great location surrounding. So those people can also reach easily.

Excellent place and food for south indian food lovers. And also Chinese was quite good but south indian is great and delicious. response of waiter and manager was good and they talk with costumers so kindly The terrese side view is great for photography. One auto is there and that attracts the photography lovers and selfie lovers. Lights is very different and lovely. They decorate every dish differently so they can attract the costumers.
