"I've had a disastrous experience at this outlet, not once, but twice. The staff replaced my pizza order without informing me, and when I inquired about the change, they responded rudely. This happened previously with my family and friends as well. When I asked the staff member to explain the changes, she refused and instead told me that I should know what was replaced. I was shocked by her response and asked her to cancel my order. She did so without hesitation, rather than trying to resolve the issue.

The management should be aware that such poor customer service will not lead to success, especially in a competitive market like the pizza industry. There are other great options available, such as Domino's and La Pinoz. I suggest that the staff member in question be replaced, as her attitude and behavior are not conducive to providing good customer service.customer not just visit outlet by pizza quality but services as well.

Very bad service and rude staff.. me and my husband went for dinner at sharp 10.00pm we got unlimited pack and half an hour pass there is no any pizza serve and no one listen we have requested then they serve one pizza and after that long time waiting they didn't serve any next we again requested he serve one pizza and after that we are still eating and they shut the lights and pack the shop we requested again for next pizza but no one available for serve and after that my husband gone to counter for ask service and light and for food they said shop closed and our mistake that we entered late this was worst experience guys don't go very rude staff and service total zero they show their attitude they think that customer in not important for them and told me do whatever you can do etc etc kind of words... will you seriously go for west of money and bear their...

Today I have visited to avail unlimited pizza offer 199 in which three flavour of unlimited pizza is given usually I also grab this yesterday. And with this good experience when I went today I have been told that only 2 flavour pizza will be served in this offer. I also explain that yester day I have avil the offer and there is no change in offer despite of that I have been not given 3rd flavour of pizza. such misleading can't be solicited.
