I was finding minus 1 star (-1 star) but couldn't find it so had to give at least 1 star. These people seems like very ordinary road side people by fluke got some love of people & upgraded them selves in so called dine in. I visited here & found that there is pre-paid system. so I humbly told him that I am having a fast and cannot stand while eating - right now I am ordering as per my appetite but what if I may need some more food later on? Can you just send someone to take order? (I offered lumsum money in advance and assured to pay the balance at the end if any) but the guy very rudely said, "idhar esa nahi hota, khana he to khud aao warna jaao". I asked is this your way to speak to your customers? he didn't bother to answer. I asked for his manager or owner but their behaviour was indifferent and insulting. I just walked away & said I'd never ever come back - then they said "koi baat nahi..." so it seems they don't care about their customers. I strongly suggest people to teach them a lesson by not going there. Worst ever attitude of the staff I have...
Read moreI recently visited this South Indian eatery, and I was pleased with several aspects. Firstly, the prices are quite appropriate, making it an affordable dining option. The restaurant offers a wide variety of South Indian dishes, which is fantastic for anyone looking to explore different flavors.
One of the highlights is their long opening hours, which is convenient for those who have late-night cravings. However, it's worth noting that not all menu items are available if you visit late.
While the experience was mostly positive, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. It seems that some of the staff could benefit from additional training to enhance the service quality. Additionally, the billing system could be improved. The current prepay system can be bothersome, as it discourages reordering if you become hungry later, making it more tempting to simply leave rather than go through the process again.
Overall, the combination of great prices and tasty food makes it a place worth visiting, despite the minor...
Read moreThis was my first time. It was very crowdy and we should give our names to wait for the tables. After half an hour of wait we got our table. Am a South Indian. This is the genuine review what I felt is price of Idly varities are cheaper than any other place. Dosa are of same prices. We ordered idly sambar, button idly, fried idly and podi idly. Everything was good. Especially podi idly in which they added pure ghee with podi. It's authentic . Must try. Button idly also I expected they would be very small but those are not too small. Wherever I visit the south Indian restaurants am not getting satisfied with the taste of chutney. They are shifting shortly to other place which is nearby. I saw it while returning. It was very spacious so hope there would be no more waiting like here. Actually I forgot to...
