I recently had the opportunity to try the Vadapav and other fast food items from this outlet, and I must say, the overall quality was quite impressive. Starting with the Vadapav — it had that perfect balance of crispiness and flavor. The vada was freshly fried, golden and crunchy on the outside, yet soft and well-spiced inside. The pav was fresh, slightly toasted, and paired wonderfully with the chutneys. The garlic chutney, in particular, added an authentic and flavorful punch, just the way a good Mumbai-style Vadapav should taste.
Apart from the Vadapav, I also tried a few other fast food items from the menu, and they did not disappoint. Everything was served hot and fresh, which made a big difference in the overall experience. The ingredients used seemed fresh, the oil felt clean (which is very important when it comes to street-style food), and the taste was consistently good across items.
The portion sizes were quite decent for the price, making it a good value-for-money option for a quick bite. The hygiene and cleanliness of the place were also noticeable, which is always a positive sign when it comes to fast food joints.
Overall, if you're a fan of traditional Indian street food like Vadapav, this place is definitely worth trying. It manages to capture the authentic flavors while maintaining good quality and hygiene standards. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something tasty...

Read moreReviews: What can I say... Couldn't sedate the insatiable hunger for Vada Pav until I came across Raju Chacha. My first attempt at this place was an unexpected disappointment, was closed as the owner was away. Succumbed to the craving, I made another attempt, and truly the Vada Pav was the Chacha of all vada pavs in Surat! The virgin Vada Pav without all the cheese mayonnaise sacrilege is a surati delight (Mumbaikars can calm down). It comes with scrumptious Mirchi fritters which are generously piled on the plate. For heavy eaters 2 will more enough, otherwise, a single serving will do. Must try in Surat!
