La Pino'z Pizza, Maruti Solaris Annex — Restaurant in Gujarat

Yesterday I ordered from their app, after paying received my order almost one hour and 30 minutes. Distance from store to delivery location was hardly 2 km. They prepared order within 20 minutes, which was showing in their tracking. After that tracking was showing order dispatch and on the way to reach, BUT shockingly wait minutes was increasing. So I tried to call store but no call, all lines were busy. Then I tried to call delivery guy and luckily he received and he said that by mistake my order was appointed to him, he didn't have my order. So my order was at store for almost 1 hour after it prepare. After that I got call from other person regarding where to come, and I said my address. He said he I'm on the way, he out for delivery. But still even after that also j got my order almost after 20-30 minutes. So imagine pizza which was prepared almost 1 hour before, they served me that. Adding to that NO Chilly flakes and NO oregano. I got excuse from that delivery guy that there were so many orders to deliver and serve that's why it's late. If you can't manage your delivery order due to busy or excess order, STOP providing delivery and update it on your app, so that no one's wait for long for your excuse. Whatever will be your excuse you should inform prior to customer and customer care number should be always available. I need to give 0 star but it's not their so I gave 1 star.
