We ordered for delivery. Order was for 2 x Cheesy 7 Pizza. It took 1 hour for the delivery. Pizza was sent out for delivery only after I called their number and best part is delivery person goes to some different location first and then from there it comes to my place.

Even when I called delivery guy, he tries to fool me around by saying that there is traffic.

Who gets stuck in traffic from Sonal Cross Road, Subhash Chowk to come behind near Sarjan Tower. There is a direct short cut from there in the end delivery guy comes after 20 minutes.

We got our pizzas in the end after 1 hour and when we started eating it, it was damn cold.

Kids were so hungry we had no other option but to roast them on our home pan to make it warm again but never going to order from this place again and not from La...

I had ordered a medium pizzas but received a thin crust instead. When we raised the issue, the staff blamed us, saying we were in a hurry. Yes, we had an urgency, but that doesn’t justify compromising the quality of the pizza. The crust was extremely thin, and the toppings were noticeably less than expected.

I would not recommend this branch for pizzas based on this experience.

The attitude and service of the person at the counter on 28th June were also disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, the response was dismissive and unprofessional.

Having a high volume of orders should never affect the quality of food or the customer service. I strongly suggest improving both the quality of the pizzas and the attitude of the staff to ensure a better experience...
