La Pino'z Pizza - Surdhara Circle, Ahmedabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

This branch of La Pino’z is located in Maple trade center near Surdhara circle. This is a small place with limited seating for dine in and most of the orders are take away or delivery. I have been wanting to visit this establishment for a long time as I have heard good reviews and word of mouth. Me and my family tried the Cheesy 7 and Indian style large Pizza , Quesadillas and Pull apart bread. The Pizza is not that great compared to the prices and a lot of cheese infused mayo is used instead of mozzarella cheese. I did not expect this for a pizza that expensive . We enjoyed the Quesadillas but the garlic bread was ordinary. I have heard a lot of hype for the 7 cheese pizza but once you taste it you will taste only 2 types of cheese and there is a lot of mayo used on the pizza instead of real cheese.The crust was thin and crispy but the overall pizza was a let down. Some more improvement in the pizza is needed and authentic cheese is the hallmark of any good pizza. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and quality of food at your Lapinoz outlet in Mapple Tree Ahmedabad. I visited your restaurant today and ordered a pizza, but was disappointed to find that it was uncooked and inedible.

When I complained to the staff, they admitted that there was a problem with the pizza material and that they were unable to cook it properly. I was shocked to hear this, as serving uncooked food is a serious health hazard and can lead to food poisoning.

I am highly disappointed with the service and quality of food at your restaurant and would like to request an immediate refund for my order. I also urge you to take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future, as they can have serious consequences for your customers' health and safety.

Pathetic service and pathetic behaviour of the person sitting on the cash counter. I ordered 2pizza's and a garlic sticks on the sides. Ordered at 8:25 got my food at 9:45. That too i had to go personally and take the delivery just because when i called them their answer was i dont know what time u ordered and they don't even care.also when i call them they say its too much rush n all but on reaching i dont find such rush. Start accepting ur mistakes whoever staff is there we pay for the food , you have no right to make us wait for so long.
