I recently stayed at the Bloom Suite in the month of June, and despite the scorching outside temperature of around 40°C, I had a surprisingly good experience. While the name "Bloom Suite" might evoke images of a refreshing and cool atmosphere, the reality was quite the opposite. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of my stay.

Firstly, let's talk about the price. At first glance, the rates seemed a bit high, but fortunately, I managed to book the room through MakeMyTrip, which offered the cheapest rate available. This made the accommodation more affordable and allowed me to overlook some minor shortcomings.

Recently visited the hotel and my experience was not at all pleasing. It took more than 20 min for check in at counter than in one room ac was not working after 2 complain and 1 visit no resolution provided had to stay in same room with no ac and no fan even after paying 4648 for one room. Staff not so helpful and a bit arrogant. No outside food allowed staff told me. And same time other guest collected parcel from zomato no objection there. I booked room for my in laws and I was not allowed to visit them as per their policy only guest are allowed in their corridor, you have to meet in their reception lobby only. Felt more like pg than hotel. Where you have to follow rules like

1. no outside people allowed
2. no outside food allowed
3. advance payment only

Also extra bed was charged even though I booked twin bed room and only 2 guest because I selected one in their website, at check in they said pay extra for 2nd person even though I argued that one room allows 2 person atleast but...
