Yesterday, we ordered from the La Pino’z Adajan branch. Our order included three pizzas—Paneer 65, Mac Special, and Burn to Hell—as well as a side of cheesy garlic bread and a veg lasagna. Apart from the lasagna, all bread items tasted stale, with a distinctively off flavor. We reached out to the store management to report that the food was stale, and the manager offered to exchange it with fresh items if we brought in samples, rather than providing a refund. When we arrived with samples, the manager behaved rudely and went back on his word, accusing us of finishing the pizzas and now asking for replacements. We explained that, being Diwali, we had guests over who all tasted the food and found it stale, which is why we brought samples for him to inspect. We also mentioned that this was our first time ordering from this branch; typically, we order from the La Pino’z Anand Mahal branch, where the food is consistently fresh. The manager then challenged us by ordering identical pizzas from the Anand Mahal branch and his own branch, asking us to identify which pizza was from where. Despite having already shown us the pizza he made, we could easily tell the difference: the crust from the Anand Mahal branch was fresh, thin, crunchy, and warm, while his crust was stale and crumbly. At this point, he became agitated, yelling and insisting that the fresher pizza was from his branch. There was another couple there with a similar complaint, so it’s clear this branch has recurring issues with food quality. Instead of acknowledging the problem, the manager blamed customers, claiming the pizza was cold due to sitting out for more than 30 minutes, even though the branch is just 3 minutes away from our location. I would like to file a formal complaint regarding this experience. Would not recommend this branch to anyone.

They are making mock of customers. I ordered Americano Pasta from Swiggy and they delivered only 30% of the quantity. Is it a some kind of joke? 😡 If they don't want to deliver it is better deny rather than making joke of customer. Don't order anything from this particular branch. If there would have been an option of giving 0 star I would have given that.

Peaceful and happy vibe. A really good place to visit with friends and family. I had their garlic bread it was lovely, I needed some more depth into flavour but it was good. I would recommend their cheese pizza. 🤤
