La Pino'z Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

This place is too good as always. Nobody is going to read these reviews coz now a days everybody knows everything about la pinos pizza. And that's the reason there would be so much of public n waiting on Wednesdays and Fridays. They serve bye one get one (BOGO) on these two days and crowd would be at their peak point. Minimum 2 hours of waiting expected. They take orders on call. Even if you give them order on phone and pay them when you go to pick up or dine in for pizza, it's fine. So these option which you can order before some time so that would be a beneficial when it's maximum crowded and you don't need to wait all long 2 hours.

Staff is very good too. Their cleanliness is also a good part. Just everywhere their dine in places are, only one problem persists like anything else. PLACE TO SIT! I think majority people prefer for take away as you cannot get place to sit inside on these two days when BOGO offer would be applicable. So better option is take away only. La Pino'z Pizza is located on Science City road, Royal Square building. This place has very limited space to sit and to have your food. However, the ambiance is quite good. Service was slow. Food was okay in terms of quality, nothing special just average. Quantities were small. What I did not like is that they refuse to serve water, you have to buy bottled water or soft drinks. Paid Rs.900 for two people, expensive for the small quantities.

We ordered two pizza 1. Smoke supreme 2. Phoenix delight. We ordered these two pizzas because they both have red peprika. But when pizza arrived, it doesn't contains red peprika. Upon inquiry to manger, he said that we are out of stock with red peprika. Then we asked person at the counter, that you should inform the customer if some ingredients are not available . But he just smiled and said I can't do anything. This is complete unprofessional behavior and should not expect from the franchisee like lapinos. Not satisfied with the overall service...
