Disappointed and Shocked: Unhygienic Practices at the Outlet

I had to change my rating from a 5-star to a 1-star after today’s experience. I ordered two pizzas:

Paneer Tikka Butter Masala for me and my brother.

Farm Villa (Jain) for my parents, who are strictly observing Navratri and cannot consume onion or garlic.

Since it was a takeaway order, I waited near the reception, where part of the kitchen and packaging area was visible. To my dismay, I saw staff members eating pizza while two others, who seemed to be in charge of packing orders, were handling the packaging without properly washing their hands while eating.

I raised my concern with the staff at the reception. One of them immediately checked with the packers, possibly scolding them, and directed them to prepare a fresh order and wash their hands. Another staff member tried to assure me that the people I observed were not directly involved in food preparation, just the packing. But that doesn’t change the fact that hygiene was compromised during the packaging process.

I chose not to create a scene and left with my order, but I am deeply disappointed. As someone who respects all beliefs, I found it disheartening that during a major festival like Navratri, the outlet failed to show basic respect and understanding towards dietary restrictions. Moreover, such practices are unacceptable at any time of the year, festival or not.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes to maintain better hygiene standards in the future. Customers deserve to trust the food they purchase, especially from a reputed brand...

Lapinoz have made their brand strongly no doubt about this.. they have stand out against rat race of unlimited pizzas. And started their own strategy which is BOGO.. and it is quit successful too..many are following them.

Lets talk about VAPI outlet.. its on NH8 and this outlet doesn't have wash room not even wash basin.. when asked they said we dont have washrooms or wash area.. in any of our outlets.. it was very much surprising.. when we told them to cancel our oeder . They allowed us to wash our hands in their kitchen area.

Then I called their franchise owner mr Ram.. he told me that our management doesn't allows us to have Washroom in our outlets .and that was rubbish...

After hot diacussuon.. he offered us two chocolawa.. but that was not the...

Hii... I have been visiting this place for 1st time but I am very disappointed....

Reviews :- Food = pretty good Staff = not that co-operative which we expect to have Price = quite costly

One more thing I'm not satisfied with is that they serve garlic bread in a piece of cardboard (shape of a pizza slice) , I am glad that they are saving nature but still I feel that they should serve their food in plate and they also not provide water and need to purchase it like water is a basic thing and this is so sad.

Overall I would be glad that you consider this review and improve you system...
