La Pino'z Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

Worst Pizza Outlet Ever, can understand Wednesday and Friday is always rush on La pinoz due to the offer stuff, but my point is, if they cant manage then to stop taking orders online, I found this Outlet always greedy, they don’t have any delivery team, they hire people on particular date for delivery I order pizzas worth ₹1000+ on 19th Nov friday, time 7:30 pm. On 8:15 i called to know status of delivery and the lady said its already out for delivery sine 8pm it was already 15mints and my house is just 1.5km from outlet, and after continuous follow up and going to outlet, my pizzas were delivered at 9:30, so since 1:30hrs my pizzas were travelling whole surat, When delivery arrived the guy said, he had many delivery and he was only person who was working totally exhausted, this oulet should be close if they don’t care their employees or customer Pizzas were cold like hell and pasta n garlic bread were, u can image how it must taste like getting it delivered after 1:30hrs, not only me there 3 more customers on outlet who were chasing on getting it delivered since 2hrs. Such people and employer are good for nothing. And this was my 3th bad experience with this outlet. Ambiance is not up to the mark.

Staff is not friendly.

Quality of food is not as per other nearby outlets.

I asked for extra spices as I taken 2 large pizza they told me that they already puts extra spices as per large pizza but it was not so.

Last to last week I visited another outlets where I took 2 mediam size pizza and they given spices as per my request even if I was ready to pay extra for that

Another outlets near pal galexy circle respond was very polite and very helpful.

but this outlet never mind about there customers satisfaction.

It's just waste of money...

I was never impressed with the local pizza joints in Surat.. such a waste .. but after such a long time I found someone really competitive to pizza hut and dominoz in market.

Impressive space in outlets, really good pizzas and different varieties.. only thing I didn't like is garlic breads just like pizza hut .. else really happy with quality, quantity and price of pizzas.

Therefore 4 stars for this new pizza outlet in respect to Domino's and pizza hut which secured 3 star from my side .. good work team 👍 hope to taste more from you. Specially...
