My self CA Hatim Kapasi

I recently dined at Let's Eat restaurant and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. There were several aspects that fell short of my expectations.

Firstly, the quantity of the food served was disappointingly low. The portion sizes were inadequate, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. It would have been better if the restaurant offered more generous servings to ensure that customers are sufficiently satisfied with their meals.

Secondly, the service at Let's Eat was frustratingly slow. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed or disorganized, resulting in long waiting times between ordering and receiving our food. The slow service negatively impacted the overall dining experience and left me feeling frustrated and impatient.

Furthermore, I had lodged a complaint with the owner, Hardik, regarding the issues I encountered during my visit. However, regrettably, I did not receive any response from him. This lack of responsiveness from the owner is disappointing and does not reflect a customer-focused approach.

Additionally, cleanliness was a concern at Let's Eat. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, and this affected the ambiance and hygiene of the dining area. It is essential for a restaurant to maintain high standards of cleanliness to ensure a pleasant dining environment for its customers.

In conclusion, my experience at Let's Eat was unsatisfactory. The low quantity of food, slow service, lack of response from the owner, and cleanliness issues were all significant drawbacks. I hope that the restaurant management takes these criticisms constructively and works towards addressing these concerns to improve the overall dining experience for...

This is not the old Let's eat Restaurant, management was charged totally. Staff doesn't have any communication, service is literally 3rd class. They are charging almost double for water bottle and 3 times for soft drinks. They are looting for the price they have. I never recommend anyone to visit here. We have ordered all the roti's and Kulcha in crispy form and they served normal one. We complaint about same to owner and he agreed to change but the changed one we got very late. They don't have any proper communication between kitchen staff and Restaurant staff. They simply don't understand about spicy fried mirchi as well.

EARLIER THE UNCLE WAS HANDLING RESTAURANT WELL, but now it's not at all recommended.

I have visited in March, ACs were not working properly that time too and again I have visited in June the result is same. Owner has replied us the same that we have already planned to change all the ACs it will be resolved when you come next time. I personally visited twice in 3 months and the issue about ACs is same.

They just interested in making money rather than to give better service.

I recommend the owner to visit other Restaurant and need to have training to their staff and themselves too.

Only by telling the customer to visit their kitchen at any time will not work gentlemen.

Customer want good quality food with top notch service as you are charging food like high end restaurants. Good...

An average size restaurant with some unique wall display and pretty good ambience.

Went around 9pm sat on a cute triangle table but on the way saw that the tapestry of few cover was dirty.

They serve good welcome drink with crunchy triangle same as imperial. The menu consist of soup, starters, sabzi, indian breads, sizzler, pizza, pasta, continental, sandwich, sides, dessert, baked dish, Indian Chinese, mocktails, etc.

Ordered a continental dish (dnt remember name) n Indonesian sizzler. Told them very precisely that we need zero spicy food not even medium n asked if that was possible and he said yes. Also like others he did nt even mention that sizzler would take time but took double the time then other restaurants. The sizzler came in good quantity and with every serving the server dropped bit on the table. In spite of sayin NO, the food was quite spicy and the spaghetti was so full of spices that could not eat so ate few spicy white rice, potatoes and paneer with mojito which was good but quantity was very less.

Did nt order any dessert n got out and would come again only if fix in a situation where there is no...

We had booked seat for 11 person at 9pm... At 9:35 pm we were still waiting outside. The main person refused us to wait inside as we are on their way... Which we agreed, but it was raining and have 1 baby of 1 year old and another 3 years old with us... We waited outside for 35 mins... You felt as if you have come to beg for food! Ordered different dishes... In Paneer shaslik sizzler, we were served paneer Punjabi gravy..... And they charged ₹490 for such sizzler!!! In the stir fried, mainly was french beans and belt pepper! Food in general was not bad!! But management is poor!!! We are not beggar! Neither we are not kings or queens! Dont treat customers like kings! Thats non sense, treat customers with respect and they will respect you back! Worse is parking!!!

10 May 2024: Resturant is looting by charging double on water bottle. Charging 30 Rs. of water bottle having MRP of 15 Rs. Also looting on colddrink... For one glass of colddrink, charging 55 Rs. Unfair and unethical business practice. Won't visit such restaurant again as not sure what kind of food quality they are using. If they are doing such unethical practice upfrontly, they can use poor/ inferior food quality which can have good taste. I have filed complaint against them in consumer forum for charging high over MRP. Let's see. But I am sure, I will not refer anyone visit such restaurants.
