London Yard Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently visited your restaurant on 22.03.2025 and enjoyed the pizza. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of one of your staff members, Mr. Satya Roy.

When we requested him to turn on the AC above our seating area, he rudely replied that we should sit where the AC was already on, instead of accommodating our request. Even after requesting politely, he outright denied it. Such behavior from the staff is unacceptable and does not align with good customer service.

We ordered pizza from this and had a very disappointing experience. The delivery person was not able to find our location even though he was nearby, and because of that, the pizza arrived completely cold. When we spoke to the manager about this issue, he was very rude and unhelpful. He even asked us to wait for one month for a resolution, which makes no sense.
