Madhuli Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

I went with my family and relatives yesterday. We were group of 7 people. Once we entered the restaurant the whole restaurant was empty and than we went to the table of our choice. So the manager came and told us that you cannot sit over there because if bigger group comes than we need to arrange the tables. We said that there were many other tables which we were empty you can make arrangements over there to which he said that you are being selfish only thinking about yourself. Then we decided to leave to which he apologised but it was in bad taste. Upon completion of our dinner within half hour we raised this issue to the owner to which the owner also was very rude to us that you should understand and all. Thereafter he shut the door on all of us by telling his employees. I would say this is the worst experience we had in any of the restaurant which I have visited because they are into hospitality & they need to be courteous towards their customers which was not the case here. And btw, this is the second time which we faced this kind of horrible experience so decided to never visit this hopeless & rude staff hotel ever...

Extremely Disappointed with My Recent Experience at Madhuli Restaurants, Valsad

I feel it’s important to share my recent experience at this restaurant to help others make an informed choice. Unfortunately, the quality of food and service was far below acceptable standards.

We ordered Tomato Cream Soup and Veg Kabab as starters. The soup was served cold, and the kababs were extremely oily. Despite raising these concerns politely, the staff — particularly Mr. Kunal and Mr. Darshan — responded in a rude and unprofessional manner.

When we requested that the unsatisfactory dish (Veg Kabab) not be charged, the management refused to consider our feedback and insisted on billing us.

Based on this experience — poor food quality, unsatisfactory service, and unacceptable behaviour — I would not recommend this restaurant. I will also be advising my friends and colleagues to avoid visiting.

Here service lots punjabi and Chinese items. But test of this items are lovely😘..and other best think is its location at the top of the building. . And so attractive decoration of hotel..just like small village. . Services are good.. at least you are in valsad ones you try.. 😊Staff are well dressed and polite. Well if you’re interested in Ambiance. Then it’s the most beautiful place to eat. ❤️ Good, tasty😋 food. Fourth floor terrace restaurant. Conjested road entry. Lift not operational sometimes Crowded in the evening but deserted in the lunch hours. Reasonable rate. Wooden log type benches for sitting. Not clean kitchen.
