Mahesh Pav Bhaji — Restaurant in Gujarat

I am regular customer of this restaurant. I ordered 3 items as following 2 Pavbhaji 1 Tava Pulav & 1 Kashmiri Pulav. I had to wait more than 40 minutes for pick-up. After all, I came to home and checked the order, I realized we got 2 Tava Pulav , and did not get Kashmiri Pulav. I’ve called right away to restaurant for more than 5 times. But, they did not pick up single time. I would say they might out of ingredients for Kashmiri Pulav, but as a regular customer I would like to know before I ordered or even after I picked up my order. They just ignore to confirm their mistake. That’s so ridiculous as they are not giving proper attention to order. In addition, they don’t mind to get a feedback and complaints either. I recently visited this Sunday Hub,KATARGAM branch to pick up my food and was extremely disappointed by the mismanagement I witnessed. The entire process, from order-taking to serving, was chaotic. Online orders were getting significantly delayed, and the staff appeared indifferent and unresponsive to the growing frustration of customers. It was clear that many others were also annoyed by the poor service. This experience has left me questioning whether I will return. The name itself has became a brand. Nothing much to say on that. Today had an great experience from this franchise, as i order more than a lot some of food which was not so costly and had one the best taste considered to that i have eat. I would prefer all to try the fried bhaji which was one of its kind and was extremely delicious. The people were polite here and helpfull.
