I had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Subway Katargam through zomato online, and it was an absolute disaster. First and foremost, they failed to deliver my entire order. I mean, isn't that the most basic requirement of a food delivery service? But no, they couldn't even manage that.
To make matters worse, when I tried to call them to inquire about my missing items, there was absolutely no response. I repeatedly called, and it was as if they had vanished into thin air. It's baffling how a business can operate like this in the age of technology.
In addition to their appalling customer service, the food that did arrive was lackluster at best. It was cold, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. I would have expected better from a roadside vendor, let alone a restaurant.
Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other restaurants out there that can actually deliver what they promise and provide decent...
Read moreI ordered from Swiggy - Firstly, the delivery man went to the wrong address and when I explained him to come to the right address he started talking rudely. He claimed that Swiggy doesnt pay him the allowance (now I ordered more than 575/- rs food) so asked him to come to right address and assured him to pay the conveyance - still he asked me to come half way and delivered me the parcel on road; he took additional conveyance too from me. Secondly he didnt wear the swiggy uniform; the carry bag he brought was dirty., Third thing the bill was missing; fourth thing the order was partially delivered - the beverages were missing - when I asked him then he said the subway guy did not give him the coldrink. Over-all very bad impression of both Subway and Swiggy. I strongly recommend - never ever order from this outlet of Subway - they are conners...
