Absolutely Disappointing,Terrible Experience at Mahesh Pav Bhaji

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The staff at Mahesh Pav Bhaji are shockingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment we stepped in, there was no greeting, no smile — just cold stares and careless attitude.

The owner himself is unbelievably arrogant and has zero understanding of how to treat customers. When the person running the place behaves like this, it’s no surprise the rest of the staff act the same way — indifferent, dismissive, and outright disrespectful.

We were treated as if our presence was an inconvenience. Simple questions were answered rudely, and there was no effort whatsoever to make us feel welcome. It’s clear this restaurant doesn’t care about customer satisfaction at all.

There are plenty of other places that serve better food and treat people with basic respect — Mahesh Pav Bhaji is not worth your time or money.

Strongly suggest you stay away. Totally not...

The taste of the pav bhaji was not as good as I expected, considering how famous they are for it. Additionally, the service was poor; they served the bhaji but forgot to provide the pav. It was also evident that the dishes were not made fresh, as they seemed to have been simply warmed up before...

There are a few locations in Surat for Mahesh Pav Bhaji. I would recommend go to any other than this one. The food was not nice 😕, the rag used to wipe the table was so stinky we almost left the place and the service was horrible. Lots of mosquitoes buzing around. Would not recommend this...
