I regret to inform you that the terrible quality of service and the rudeness of one of your cashiers made my recent visit to MacDonald's Sartana leave me feeling really let down and irritated.

The staff's cold reception upon my arrival at the store set the tone for the rest of my miserable trip. The cashier, whose name I regret not to have written down, had an attitude that could only be characterized as impolite and unprofessional as I went on to complete my transaction.

The cashier not only neglected to greet me or even recognize my presence, but they also behaved as if there were no standards of customer service when handling the transaction. They spoke in a condescending and brusque manner, as though they were annoyed by my patronage. Moreover, I felt dehumanized and unwelcomed when I tried to ask a question regarding a product and received a nasty reaction.

Finding someone in a customer-facing capacity who exhibits such a lack of civility and professionalism is really worrisome. I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy as a paying customer, and I didn't receive either of those during my visit to your store.
